How to use

1. Apply O'terra Firming Face Balm on clean skin and place the suction cup on the area you wish to work on.
2. Press the sides of the Suction Cup to create a slight suction.
3. Move the Suction Cup from the inside to the outside of the face, with upwards movement.
4. Use twice a week for a maximum of 4 minutes on the whole face.
