Instructions for use

  1. Apply the O’terra face balm to clean skin and place the suction cup on the area to be treated.
  2. Press the sides of the suction cup to create a light suction.
  3. Move the suction cup from the inside to the outside of the face, favoring an upward motion.
  4. Use twice a week for a maximum of 4 minutes on the entire face.
